How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our garments are embroidered to order (and not sat on the shelf in stock) so the normal lead time before postage is around 7 working days depending on how busy we are.
Do you ship to the EU?
Please contact us directly with your order requirements if you live within the EU - info@asappromo.co.uk and we can advise on how to order.
How do I care for my garment?
Wash at 30-40 degrees, Do not tumble dry, Pull garments back in to shape, Line dry / dry on a hanger indoors, Iron the decoration on the back.
What if I've ordered the wrong the size?
Email us at info@asappromo.co.uk and we'll supply you with a return address. Once we've received them and checked they're in a resalable condition, we'll send out your replacement garment.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Sometimes items go out of stock (due to demand) and rather than make you wait for everything, we'll post out what is completed. We stand the cost of any additional delivery charges and we usually put a note in with your order to make you aware that there are other items will follow.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Our items are posted by Royal Mail to help keep the costs down. 99% of orders arrive with no problem but occasionally an order may go missing. If on the rare chance your order does not arrive, please make us aware within 14 days of your dispatch notification email. We advise people to use the Signed For option when checking out.
